I have a major sweet tooth and love all things sugar.
I am motivated by constantly trying to outdo myself with each and every design. I want my next cake to be bigger and better than the last. My goal is to customize a cake that is totally out-of-the-ordinary and designed just for you. I am eager to design something for you that is unique and just can’t be found at your local grocery store or bakery.
I found a love for baking and confecting just after having my son in July of 2000. I simply wanted to make him an unusual first birthday cake that was homemade and not the norm. I soon discovered a passion for baking and creating works of art out of sugar and I have since been constantly trying to out-do myself with each and every design.
I am completely self-taught…with the exception of a few local classes. But I am always learning and seeking out what the “best of the best” in the cake world are up to in New York and Baltimore. I am excited to bring something new to this small area that I live in called the Great Smoky Mountains. I love this town and the people here, and I hope to bring a new flare on cake design. Whether it be celebrating the birth of a new baby or your very own wedding day. Every moment of life is special and worth celebrating.
